February 17, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #31 Title APPROVAL TO MODIFY THE ALLOWED PER PROJECT VOLUME FOR COMMISSIONING OF BUILDING SYSTEMS CONSULTING SERVICES Description Commissioning of Building Systems Consulting Services contracts by Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. dba SSRCx and Affiliated Engineers, Inc. were Board approved on 7/22/2014 (Item #51) for a three (3)-year period.  In order to cover upcoming projects for the three (3)-year period, it is necessary to modify the assigned projects definition for construction costs to vary per project.  Funds for this change are available through the individual project accounts.
